Patrick Werle

Patrick started with Mississippi Market in 1993 as a part-time Deli Service Clerk. At the time he had just spent a year living in the mountains of Colorado, was working in the Mental Health field and felt the Market would be a good "transitional" place to work. Well, 16 years later he's still here... so much for the transition! Since 1993 Patrick has served as a Deli Counter Worker, Bulk Buyer, a Manager On Duty, cashier, stocker, fix-it guy, Merchandising Manager, Manager of our Randolph store, and now Manager of West 7th. "I have strong ties to the Mississippi Market; I actually met my wife while we were both working here. The co-op's economic role in this community and the role of Co-ops throughout the world is an important and vital one. We provide goods and services that are second to none, and we do it with fairness and equality as priorities." When not working, Patrick enjoys time with his wife and two kids, banging on various guitars, working on his house, and trying to make sense of it all...
