From the shores of the Mississippi to the St. Croix, Rivers Cooperative Markets brings fresh, local food to our neighborhoods. We’re a community-owned grocery store, with Mississippi Market Co-op in St. Paul and River Market Community Co-op in Stillwater.

For nearly 50 years, our co-op has helped neighbors enjoy high-quality organic, local, and sustainably raised food. Today, we operate four stores across the Twin Cities metro area, owned by more than 24,000 community members. At the co-op, everyone is welcome. Anyone can shop. Anyone can join.

We are a community of members, shoppers, and staff who are passionate about real, local food. Our priorities have remained true since the beginning, guided by cooperative principles. We’re driven by a desire to support the health of people and the planet. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff strive to bring you simple, healthy food, from the freshest produce to local cheeses, made-from-scratch soups, and baked goods.
